Step 1. Free Executive Alignment Session (Initial Consultation) 

We begin with a complimentary session involving senior leadership — typically the CEO, CFO, COO, and relevant executives.

This session is used to:

The purpose of this session is to achieve alignment and mutual understanding. Any decision to proceed is considered separately and at a later stage.
